AI-Assisted Software Delivery
How we build software now: AI coding tools, with tests and human review keeping quality up.
Discuss Your ProjectIn plain terms
This is how we build software. AI coding assistants write a lot of the routine code and tests, and experienced developers decide what to build, review everything and own the result. For you that means faster first versions and better test coverage, without a drop in quality. We also use AI to read older code and write down what it actually does, so it can be modernised safely.
Does this sound familiar?
- The backlog grows faster than the team can clear it
- Prototypes take weeks when they could take days
- You would like AI tools in your own team but worry about quality and security
A typical scenario
A manufacturer with a 12-year-old order system
Before
The only developer who understood the system has left. There are no tests and no documentation. Every change is risky, so the wish list keeps growing.
After
AI reads through the code and produces a plain-English description of what each part does, and tests are generated that pin down today's behaviour. Changes can now be made with a safety net. A feature that would have taken weeks is built in days and reviewed by a developer.
How we deliver it
From first call to running
- 1
Understand what exists
AI-assisted reading of the code, the database and the screens, checked by a developer.
You get: Documentation of what the system does and where the risks are
- 2
Add a safety net
We generate and review automated tests for the behaviour that matters.
You get: A test suite that runs on every change
- 3
Build the next piece
New features, built with AI help, in short stages with demos.
You get: Working software every week or two
- 4
Review and harden
Human code review, security checks and performance tests.
You get: Release candidates with a record of the review
- 5
Hand over
Documentation and, if you want it, training for your team on the same tools.
You get: A handover pack
What we need from you
- Access to the code and a test environment
- Someone who knows how the business uses the system
- Your priorities: what matters most to fix or add
- Your policy on where code may be processed
Where it works best
- Systems with no tests or documentation
- A backlog that never shrinks
- Prototypes you want to see quickly
Worth sorting out first
- Safety-critical code: AI helps with tests and documentation, and the formal verification stays with specialists
- Code that must not leave your premises: we agree which parts AI may see and work around the rest
- Expecting AI to replace your developers: the best results come from AI working alongside experienced people
How we work with you
Time and materials by the week, or a fixed price per feature once the code is understood. A training day for your own developers is available separately.

Questions
Does AI-assisted mean cheaper?
Sometimes, where the work is repetitive. We price the outcome, and if AI really does reduce the effort you should see it in the quote.
Is our code safe if you use AI tools?
We use business-grade tools that do not train on your code, keep access to what is needed, and follow any restriction you set, up to not using AI on particular parts.
Who is responsible for the code the AI writes?
We are. A developer reviews every change, and the tests must pass before it goes in.
