Standard orders typically take 10 working days, and rush orders 5 working days. For custom-branded kits, order six to eight weeks before the date, and earlier for peak seasons such as the end-of-year holidays.
Will I see my branding before anything is made?
Yes. We send a proof for your approval before production begins.
What artwork files do you need?
Vector files (AI, EPS, SVG or PDF) give the sharpest result. Send Pantone references if colours must match exactly, and a one-colour version for engraving and embroidery. If you have no artwork, our design team can recreate your logo.
Can I see samples first?
Yes. Tell us who the gift is for and the occasion, and we recommend the right gift and send samples.
Can you build a kit around our budget?
Yes. You can choose a ready-made kit as it is, or let us tailor the contents to your brand, budget and audience, or build your own with custom packaging and a personal message card.
