Overview
Tempus Recruitment Management is a system for a local recruitment agency competing with the large national job sites. We built it so that jobs reach the national boards, applications come back into one place, and AI takes on the first, time-consuming stages of dealing with applicants.
What we built

- Applicant managementCandidates, vacancies and the agency's own clients managed together in a single place.
- AI applicant filteringAI reviews incoming applications against the job and filters them, so consultants start with the most suitable people.
- Contacting job seekersCandidates are contacted automatically, without a consultant having to write to each one.
- Interview arrangementInterview appointments are arranged with the candidate and recorded against the vacancy.
- Job contractsContracts are arranged and tracked once a candidate is placed.
