Overview
Holiday lets that rely on listing sites pay commission on every booking. Hill Head Cottage takes bookings directly: guests check availability, see the price and pay on the site, and the calendar stays in step with the other channels the owner uses.

Live availability and booking
Guests see real availability, choose dates and book, with short holds so two people cannot take the same dates.
Dynamic pricing
Nightly rates come from a pricing service, with fees, minimum stays and a configurable security deposit applied automatically.
Secure payments
Card payments are taken through Stripe, with confirmation and return handling.
Guest accounts
Sign-in with email and password or with Google, so guests can see and manage their bookings.
Calendar sync
Calendars are exchanged with Airbnb using iCal, to avoid double bookings.
Emails and enquiries
Booking confirmations and enquiry notifications are sent automatically.
Guest information
Gallery, local area guide, FAQ, house rules and policies, built to load quickly and be found by search engines.
