Customers can integrate their Office365 account to send mails out. Integration done with the secure OAuth process. Once the mailbox integrated, all mails sending out from your account will be delivered via Office365.


As a normal business process, while communicating with customer or signing a lease, the consultants are intended to send one or more emails to the customer. The emails sending out are clubbed under CRM process. But oragnization or individual consultant would expect all emails to be maintained in single mail box so they can keep track of communication all time. Sending out emails via default hosting ennvironment will not allow us to do this. So Info Lease provided a better solution to allow consultant to integrate their Office 365 mail box with their login, so that all emails sending out from CRM are sent via Office 365 exchange server. Now consultant can see the emails in their Office 365 sent items folder.
